We collect only the information you choose to give us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, telephone number, organisation where you provide it, your enquiry type and location and the content of your message.
Our website also records standard technical information such as pages viewed and approximate location, used only to understand how the site is performing.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, arrange a site survey and keep a record of the work we carry out for you. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to installations we have carried out are kept for as long as we support the system and afterwards for the period required by Kenyan tax and company law.
Your rights
